Start with your setup
The bike tire-pressure tool uses information about the rider, bike, gear, and tires to estimate a starting point. Open Useful Tools in MashON and select Bike tire pressure. This guide describes the app tool; it does not calculate pressure in the browser.
Easy and advanced modes
Easy mode uses total rider, bike, and gear weight, measured tire width, and a starting load split for the bike type. Advanced mode adds individual tire widths, measured weight distribution, temperature, and pressure-limit checks.
Save the setups you use
Save your pressure setup so you can revisit it when preparing the same bike. Update the inputs if your tires, load, or equipment change. Saved values are a useful record, but they do not measure the pressure currently in the tire.
Remember to check before a ride
A tire-pressure reminder helps you build the check into your routine. Use a suitable gauge to verify actual pressure before riding. Notification delivery depends on your device permissions and settings.
Respect equipment limits
An estimate is only a starting point. Follow the tire, rim, and bicycle manufacturers' compatibility and pressure limits. The tool cannot inspect a tire or rim, detect damage, or establish that a setup is safe.
