Keep activity context nearby

MashON supports iPhone Live Activities for group and Ghost sessions. These surfaces keep a compact view of the active session available outside the main app, helping you check progress with a brief glance.

See information for the current mode

The information depends on your Mash mode and the readings available. Group views can include elapsed time, distance, and heart rate. Ghost views can show the gap to the recorded effort along with activity context. Missing sensor data will limit what can be shown.

Lock Screen and Dynamic Island

Live Activities can appear on the Lock Screen. Dynamic Island presentation requires a compatible iPhone. The system controls how much information is visible in each presentation and may show different compact or expanded views.

Check device settings

Live Activities must be allowed on the device. If no activity appears, check the app's Live Activities settings and confirm that a supported session is active. Use the main app to review the full route, connection state, and activity controls.

A companion to the full activity screen

Live Activities are designed for a small amount of useful information. They do not replace the full map or all group interactions. When you need to change something, pause in a safe place before opening the app.
