Look back at an activity
Activity History brings recorded sessions into a place where you can review what happened. Summaries show measurements available for that activity. Cycling, running, and walking do not necessarily produce the same metrics, and some readings require a Watch or compatible sensors.
Review the route when available
A summary may load its route from the matching Apple Health workout. The workout needs GPS data and the appropriate Health access. If a Watch workout is still syncing, the route may not be available immediately. A missing route is different from a workout with no recorded distance.
Turn a past session into the next one
When a suitable route is available, activity actions can help you create a Ghost Mash, prepare another Mash, or save the track for later. You can also export eligible route data as GPX or upload an eligible activity to Strava.
History and Saved Activities are different
History is a record of completed activity summaries. Saved Activities is a library of tracks you choose to keep and manage, including imported files and trimmed activities. Keeping these separate makes it easier to review a workout without changing a track you use for replay.
Deleting a history entry
Deleting an entry removes that recorded summary from MashON history. It does not also delete the Apple Health workout, a Saved Activity, a Strava activity, or shared Mash and challenge results. Review each service separately if you want to remove its copy.
